In 2009, Aric Christopher and Matt Raab, who have been family friends of the Brouillards for some time, approached them about the possibilities of opening a new and third Fresco location. After diligently searching the Southern California landscape and demographic for a new site, Aric and Matt found the Santa Ynez Valley to be a perfect fit. Not only had SY Valley residents been voicing to Mark and Jill for years that they needed a Fresco to call their own in the valley, but Aric and Matt discovered that the Valley really lacked a healthy alternative for its locals.
